TOURS FROM MARRAKECH

2 Days Trip from Marrakech to Zagora

Day 1: Marrakech - Ait Ben Haddou - Draa Valley – Zagora

Once your Tours from Marrakech is scheduled our Morocco private tour starts in the morning at 7am to Zagora throught the High Atlas mountains by the Tizi n'Tichka pass (2260m above sea level) and numerous of Berber villages.

Then we visit “Unesco World heritage Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou” for a short visit and we continue to Zagora passing by the Anti Atlas mountains, the Berber village of Agdez and Draa Valley with its hundreds of thousands of palm tree plantation which is considered the largest one in Morocco.

Then we arrive to Zagora late afternoon and get ready for a camel trek towards the sand dunes to admire the sunset. Continue to your Sahara desert camp for dinner under the stars next to a fire camp while entertained by some local drummers bands.




Day 2: Zagora – Tamnougalte -Ouarzazate – Marrakech.

Wake up early to enjoy the sunrise over the dunes (optional), ride your camel back to Zagora to reach your vehicule, then drive through the Draa valley and Agdez to vist Kasbah Tamnougalt, then we return to Marrakech.




3 Days Tour Marrakech to Merzouga

Day 1 : Marrakech - Ait Ben Haddou Casbah - Ouarzazate - Valley Of Roes - Dades Gorges :

Once your Tours from Marrakech is scheduled our Morocco private tour we departure from Marrakesh at 7 am ( pick up & drop off at your hotel in Marrakesh) to Dades Gorges, through the Tizi- N-Tichka pass (2260m) in the High Atlas Mountains.From Marrakesh to Ouarzazate, you will enjoy the scenic road, beautiful landscapes with different colours and the Berber villages along the way.

You will have free time here to visit the old Kasbah of Ait Benn haddou Kasabah before we get to Ouarzazate to “Taourirt Kasbah” and have free Time for lunch. Afterwards, you go further south east to the green Dades valley and the city of roses via the fascinating Skoura palmery. Dinner and overnight in Dades Gorges.




Day 2 : Dades Gorges - Toudra Gorges - Erfoud - Merzouga Dunes (Camel Trek & Night in desert ) :

After breakfast, return via the Dades Valley until Boumalne in order to continue in direction of Tinghir and the Toudra Gorges, walk in the Gorges and afterwards departure to join Erfoud by Tinjdad Palm grove (Free Time For Lunch ) and the one of Touroug.

then we continue to the amazing dunes of Erg Chebbi. 2 hours camel Ride to contemplate the sunset and spend the night in the middle of the dunes. Dinner and night in bivouac under Typical Nomad tent.

Day 3 : Camel Trekking in Merzouga - Rissani - Ouarzazate - Marrakesh :

Early morning departure to be at the sunrise on the dunes, return by dromedaries to the inn, after breakfast, start to the huge palm grove of Tafilalet through Rissani and with Ziz valley arrival at Ouarzazate.Free Time for lunch before we getting back to Marrakesh around 6pm.



4 Days Tour Marrakech to Merzouga

Day 1: Marrakech - Tizi -n-Tichka - Ait Benhaddou - Ouarzazate - Dades Valley

Once your Tours from Marrakech is scheduled our Morocco private tour we will pick up you from your hotel/riad/ bus station the we will start our journey from Marrakech to Dades Gorges.

Across the Tizi-n-Tichka Atlas pass, with far-reaching views across the mountains, to the traditional High Atlas Berber village of Telouet and we continue to Ait Benhaddou to visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Ait Benhaddou, a spectacular fortified village (Ksour).you'll take your lunch at Ait benhaddou or ouarzazate and continue to Dades valley, we well spend the night in a riad/hotel in Dades gorges.


Day 2: Dades Gorges - Tenghir - Todra Gorges - Tinjdad - Erfoud - Merzouga(Night in desert)

After the breakfast, we go from Dades gorges to the Erg Chebbi Sahara desert in Merzouga. Berber villages are scattered along the way, we’ll pass through Tinjdad, Jorf and Erfoud in which we’ll feel the beginning of the Saharan oasis of Tafilalet, and the we continue to Merzouga,after relaxing few minuts in Merzouga,we go to ride the camels who are waiting to take us on an adventure in the sand dunes.

we will spend the night in an camp (Nomad berber tents) with drums music in the middle of the Sahara,this is a great opportunity to take lovely pictures of the sunset and sunrise,when we arrive at the camp we go to a high dunes to see the sunset , we will spend the night in nomad tents .



Day 3: Camel Trekking back to Merzouga - Berber Villages - Ouarzazate

After seeing the sunrise in desert we go back on the camels to Merzouga after the breakfast and take shower in Hotel then start our journey to Ouarzazate trough the Berber villages of the atlas mountains (Tinjdad ,Tinghir ,Todra gorges ,Boumalene Dades) we arrive to Ouarzazate in evening/night.



Day 4: Ouarzazate - Berber Villages and atlas Mountains -Marrakech

Leaving Ouarzazate in the morning ,we will visit UNESCO protected site of Ait Ben Haddou. A most impressive Kasbah and well-preserved fortress in Morocco.

Many movies were filmed here such as the Gladiator. We will leave Ait Ben Haddou and start heading towards the majestic Atlas Mountains.

Cross the High Atlas Mountains via the highest road pass in Morocco Tizni Tichka 2260m high offering impressive views of valleys, mountains and many Berber villages nearby. Arrive to Marrakech in evening.



4 Days Tour Marrakech to Merzouga, Fez

Day 1: Marrakech - Ait Benhaddou - Ouarzazate - Skoura - Roses Valley

Once your Tours from Marrakech is scheduled our Morocco private tour we pick up you from your hotel. You will be driven across the Tizi N'Tichka Pass (2260 m), you will have opportunities to take photos and enjoy the scenes of High Atlas Mountains along with Berber villages on the way.

Our next stop is in the village of Aït Benhaddou,having Lunch break then exploring the exotic Kasbah of Aït Benhaddou. From here we head to Ouarzazate where you may have a stop to view the Kasbah of Taourirt that was built by the Glaoui dynasty then to Skoura where you will be mesmerised with the Palm Grove along the way.

Continuing on towards Boumalne du Dadès passing by El Kelaa M'gouna (Valley of the Roses), and the Dadès Valley (Valley of One Thousand Kasbahs). Dinner and overnight in a hotel at Dadès Gorges.



Day 2: Dades gorges - Todra gorges - Erfoud - Erg Chebbi

After breakfast at the hotel, you will leave toward Tinghir then to Todra Gorges. You will have the chance to stop for a panoramic view of the river. Continuing on the road alongside the river to reach the gorges where you will have a break for lunch. Walk on foot through this stunning place while enjoying the views of high rock walls.

From here we drive to Merzouga passing by Tinejdad, Erfoud, You may have a stop in Erfoud to visit one of the marble fossils carriers then continue to your hotel situated on the foots of the orange dunes of Erg Chebbi.

You will experience a camel ride to reach the desert camp in the middle of dunes where you will spend the night, enjoy your evening, diner under the stars and sleep in Nomad Berber tent.



Day 3: Exploring the Desert of Merzouga

This morning when you come back from the ride camel you will have a relax then we will depart to Rissani, you will have a short visit to Zawiya Moulay Ali ash-Sharif and you may also investigate the souk (local market) with the opportunity to see the Fondouks where donkeys gather. After lunsh, return to the dunes by track and see - the oasis of Merzouga, nomads in tents, KHAMLIA village , mines, desert plateaus, . Back to the hotel night in the desert hotel with diner and breakfast.



Day 4: Merzouga - Midelt - Azrou - Ifrane - Fez

After breakfast at the hotel,we continue on our drive toward Fes passing by Erfoud, our next stop is at the panoramic view of Aoufous Oasis. Later on, you will pass by Errachidia known as the military city due to its numerous garrisons.

We May stop at Barrage Hassan Adakhil for photos. In continuation alongside Ziz River, You will enjoy the beautiful scenes of the Ksours and Ziz gorges, you will pass by the French built Tunnel Du Légionnaire.The trip continues through the middle atlas, you will cross Tizi N'Talghom Pass(1907m).Arrive to Midelt where you will have lunch.Afterwards, you will enjoy the great views of Jebel Aachi Mountain with snow-covered peaks.

Leaving Midelt toward Azrou where you will have the chance to view the old tree and meet the monkeys in cedar forest. From here we head to Ifran "The Moroccan Switzerland», you will see the stone lion and take pictures. You may have a visit to Al-khawayn University. Continuing on our drive To Fes passing by Imouzar Kander. Arrive in Fes and transfer to the hotel of your choice.



5 Days Tour Marrakech to Merzouga

Day 1: Marrakech – Tizi Ntichka Pass – Ouarzazate:

Once your Tours from Marrakech is scheduled our Morocco private tour we’ll leave for Ouarzazate via the Tizi Ntichka Pass. Today you will enjoy the beautiful scenery over the High Atlas Mountrains and appreciate the remarkable Berber villages before you get to Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, the largest Kasbah in Morocco.

It was built by the last Berber chieftain El Glaoui Et-Hami in the late 19th century; it is now a UNESCO matrimonial historical site, which today still houses many Glaoui family members. Lunch is by the Kasbah before we continue to Ouarzazate, “ the Hollywood of Africa”.

Here you have the option of visiting the studios to see props used in some movies you might have seen, such as “Gladiator”, “Jewel of the Nile” “the last temptation of Christ”and “The Sahara”. Overnight in our fancy riad with dinner and breakfast.

Day 2: Ouarzazate – Skoura –boutaghrar - Dades Valley:

After breakfast in the riad , we’ll leave to explore the fascinating Dades and Rose Valleys. Our first stop will be at Skoura to walk within the Birds Valley and visit the beautiful and well preserved Kasbah of Ameridil. Then we’ll continue to the village of Kalaa M’gouna, famous for its roses fields and rose products.

A rose festival is held here every May each year, when the roses are harvested. Since this is the road of the thousands Kasbahs you’ll have plenty of opportunities to take some beautiful pictures. Our journey continues to boutaghrar area where we can meet Berber families still living in caves with their goats and sheep .

After lunch with Berber family,we continue to the Dades Gorge where you will enjoy seeing the amazing Rock formation called “the monkey Toes” and the still standing Kasbah of Ait yul. Overnight in a traditional Berber guest house with dinner and breakfast.



Day 3: Dades valley – Todra Gorge – Merzouga:

After breakfast , we will drive towards Tinrghir and the Todra valley enjoying the panoramic views of the old mud Berber villages overlooking the valley. Once at the todra Gorge you can walk under the 300m high red cliff, where many rock-climbers spend their time.

After lunch in the way,we will arrive to the village of Merzouga – where your camel will be waiting you. You’ll be welcomed with a glass of mint tea and desert scarf before you ride your camel, guided by an experienced Camel Guide, to explore within the mysterious sand-sea of the Erg-Chebbi. Here you will spend your first night under the stars, or if you prefer, in a traditional Berber nomad tent.

Day 4: Merzouga – Draa valley:

Your camel man will wake you up early in the morning to watch what well may be the best sunrise in your life ,then you’ll peacefully camel-trek back to the village of Merzouga. En-route you won’t fail to appreciate the unique beauty of the spectacular Erg Chebbi dunes – changing with the light as the day progresses.

Arriving late morning back in Merzouga and after shower in the guesthouse, we’ll leave for Rissani – once Sijilmassa – the foundation of the Alaouite dynasty, the current ruling family. With most of the woman veiled, and men hooded, this is a very traditional Moroccan town.

We’ll continue driving towards Agdez, via Alnif and Tazarine, before we get to the fascinating Draa Valley at the edge of the Atlas Mountains, along which lay hundreds of Berber Kasbahs.

You will arrive at your accommodation in the evening. Overnight in a traditional guest house in the valley with dinner and breakfast.



Day: 5 Draa valley – Marrakech:

After a luxurious breakfast , we we’ll head to Marrakech , enjoying the panoramic view of the palm grove and the scenic moon-like landscape with the beautiful contrast of the Berber villages and the mountains; an area that has been a popular location for Hollywood films, including The Last Temptation of Christ, Jewel of the Nile, and the Mummy. Our journey will continue through the majestic Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2260m) over the High Atlas Mountains, before arriving at your accommodation in Marrakech, where the tour.



8 Days Tour Marrakech to Merzouga

Day 1: Arrive to Marrakech airport and transfer to your riad.

Once your Tours from Marrakech is scheduled our Morocco private tour we driveyou to your hotel.

Day 2: Marrakech Sightseeing.

After breakfast we’ll explore Marrakech - “the red city of Morocco”. We will ensure you see the most important historical and cultural sites, including the Majorelle Gardens, the Koutoubia Tower, the Saadian tombs, and the Bahia Palace. After lunch at a restaurant near the square we’ll take a walk through the souks and the rest of the day will be at your leisure.



Day 3: Marrakech - Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah - >Ouarzazete - Dades Valley

After breakfast in your riad we will set off for the Dades valley. Passing through Tizi-n-Tichka pass in the High Atlas Mountains we will visit the UNESCO World heritage Site of Ait Ben Haddou which has been the backdrop for many films including Lawrence of Arabia, Gladiator and Alexander.

After lunch we’ll enjoy the beautiful natural landscapes and historical monuments of Taourirt Kasbah in Ourzazate and the Roses valley, famous for its annual Festival of Roses. We’ll also pass through the Berber villages of El Kelaa des M'Gouna to arrive to Dades valley where we will spend the night in a traditional Moroccan house with dinner and breakfast.

Day 4: Dades Valley - Todra Gorges - Merzouga

Today's target point is arriving to Merzouga which is known for the highest sand dunes in North Africa . It is called Erg Chebbi Sahara desert. On our way, we will have the chance to see many oases such as the oasis of Tinjdad.

We will continue our tour passing through the little Berber towns of Mellab and Touroug where we can stop for lunch in a traditional Moroccan restaurant .

After this break, we will continue our way enjoying the green oasis of palm trees of Tafilalet and the black Hamada before arriving to Merzouga, where you will be accommodated in a traditional Moroccan riad as well as having a local dinner .



Day 5: Merzouga -Erg Chebbi and camel trekking

After breakfast in the riad you’ll start your explorative journey of the area, starting by visiting the ‘village of the blacks’, originally slaves from Sudan, Mali and Senegal to experience their music and lifestyle. Later , we will drive in the desert area to meet nomad families-living under Berber tents- to explore their way of life .

Today our lunch will be a traditional Berber meal (Berber pizza) with a local family. You will have the option also to visit the old city of Rissani - the foundation of the Alaouite dynasty - the current ruling royal family in Morocco. Rissani is surrounded by about 360 ksar and has a big souk (an open market), held three times a week. Once called Sijilmassa, this was the meeting place for the salt caravans, coming from Tombouctou in Mali. Here you’ll walk through the souk, selling spices, vegetables and cloths .

After that we Drive back to the village of Merzouga. In the afternoon, you will ride your camel, guided by an experienced camelman to explore what is hidden in the middle of the highest sand dunes in Morocco. The camel trek takes about 1hr 30 min to the camp where you will enjoy the sunset and watching stars. Dinner will be served in front of the tent where you will spend the night.

Day 6: Merzouga - Draa valley - Ouarzazate

Before sunrise, you will be woken up to climb the sand dunes for fantastic photo opportunities, and watch what well may be the best sunrise in your life.

We will then make our way back to the riad for showers and breakfast before we continue our journey to Ouarzazate, passing through Alnif, Tazzarine, Nkob, and the fantastic Draa Valley. We will spend the night in a guest house in Ouarzazate with dinner and breakfast.

Day 7: Ouarzazette - High Atlas mountain - Marrakech

After breakfast, we will set off for Marrakech, passing through the spectacular High Atlas mountains again and we will then drop you off at your riad/hotel.

3 days Desert Tour Fes to Marrakech

Day 1: Fes - Midelt - Erfoud - Merzouga - Erg Chebbi

Once your Tours from Fes is scheduled our Morocco private tour we will pick you up at your riad or your hotel around 8am. We leave for Midelt through the Mountains and the cedar forests of the middle Atlas.

We pass by Ifrane, a charming ski resort and Azrou, an important handicraft centre specialised in the work of cedar wood. We arrive in Midelt for lunch. At the afternoon we will drive to Erfoud and into the desert.

You will have a camel trek into the beautiful Erg Chebbi Dunes, where you will spend the evening in a bivouac (desert camp). There you will enjoy a Berber dinner, and sleep in traditional Nomad camel hair tent.



Day 2: Merzouga - Rissani - Todra Gorges - Dades Gorges

Wake up for sunrise lovely pictures, and breakfast in open air. We return by camels to the hotel for shower. Then, we depart to Erfoud which is known by fossils. Drive through palm trees groves. We stop for lunch, then we take a short walk in Todra Gorges.We head our stoping point Boumalne Dades. Dinner and overnight in the hotel.



Day 3: Dades Gorges- Rose vally - Skoura - Ouarzazate - Marrakech

After breakfast, we will take a short walk in the gorges before departure for Marrakech. We will follow the Dades Valley through El Kelaa Magona, the Valley of the Roses and the road of a thousand Kasbahs. We visit of Ouarzazate and stop for lunch in Ait Benhadou village.

We will have time to explore the famous protected UNESCO site which is the nest of many films like the Gladiator, Lawrance of Arabia and much more. We will drive via Tichka pass to arrive to Marrakech.




4 days Desert Tour Fes to Marrakech

Day 1: Fes - Azrou - Midlet - Ziz Valley - Merzouga

Once your Tours from Fes is scheduled our Morocco private tou, we will meet you at your accommodation and start travelling south to Merzouga via Midelt and Errachidia. Your first stop will be at Ifrane city, named as "the Switzerland of Morocco", and then to Merzouga via Midlet and the Ziz Valley.

During this journey you’ll experience glimpses of the Middle Atlas and Higher Atlas mountains. Stopping at the famous cedar forest - the largest one in Morocco – where you will have chance to see Barbarian apes. You’ll notice how the scenery changes to reveal hints of the desert as you approach the province of the southeast ; Er Rachidia city.

After lunch in Midelt, your journey continues along the fantastic Ziz Valley, stopping for panoramic views along the way. We will drive through Berber villages to Erfoud, and then Rissani, the foundation of the Alaouite dynasty - the current ruling royal family in Morocco. Arriving in Merzouga at the end of the day, you’ll be welcomed with a glass of mint tea before you check in to our riad (dinner and breakfast)



Day 2: Merzouga area - camel trek and overnight in the desert camp

After a luxurious breakfast in your riad you will start an explorative journey of the area. You will visit the Gnawa people - originaly from Mali, Senegal and Sudan- in their village Khamlia , where you will learn about their music and their lifestyle . later, we will drive in the desert area to meet nomad families to explore their way of life .

today our lunch will be a traditional meal (Berber pizza) with a local family. After lunch in the heart of the gorge, you will continue to the Dades Valley, where you’ll see the majestic sand castles and the amazing rock formations known as "monkey toes". Our accommodation will be a fancy guest house with dinner and breakfast..

Day 4: Dades Valley - Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou - Marrakech

After breakfast in your accommodation, you will start travelling through the Dades Valley towards Ouarzazate and then to Marrakech. The route through Dades Valley is called the way of the thousand Kasbahs – providing numerous opportunities to take some of your best photographic shots of the trip.

You will stop at Kalaat Mgouna -the centre of roses valley-, where you will have the option to visit the cooperative for the roses, to purchase the rosewater, which will make your linen smell good a long time after your trip is over. Continue to Marrakech via the Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah. Built by Et Hami El Glaoui, one of the last Berber chieftains during the 19th century, now the Kasbah is a house of many Glaoui people.

Your journey will continue through the majestic Tizi n'Tichka Pass (2260m) over the High Atlas Mountains,where you will have the opportunity to explore the process of producing the argan oil- existing only in morocco – by Berber women in their cooperative, before arriving at your accommodation in Marrakech and the end of our service .



5 days Desert Tour Fes to Marrakech

Day 1: Fes – Ifrane – Azrou – Ziz Valley – Merzouga :

Once your Tours from Fes is scheduled our Morocco private tou will leave Fes travelling towards Merzouga via Midlet and the Ziz valley. Today you will travel via the Ifrane city, a beautiful mountain village, named the Switzerland of Morocco. Here you will also stop at the cedar forest on the middle Atlas Mountains.

During this journey you’ll experience glimpses of the Middle Atlas and Higher Atlas mountains and stopping at Azrou, a Berber village in the middle of the famous cedar forest – the largest one in Morocco – where you will have the opportunity see the Barbary apes. After that, your journey continues to Midelt along the magnificent hills and mountains of the Atlas .

After lunch in Midelt, you’ll be travelling through the fascinating Tiz Ntalghamt pass and the spectacular Ziz Gorge, taking in views of the High Atlas plateau, seeing how the scenery changes to reveal hints of the desert as you approach the province of the south-east * Errachidia city* .

Afterwards, you’ll travel along the fantastic Ziz Valley, stopping for panoramic views along the way to Erfoud and Rissani. Arriving in Merzouga in the afternoon you’ll be welcomed with a glass of mint tea before checking into your riad



Day 2: Merzouga – sahara desert - Camel trek:

After breakfast in your riad, you can take a little exploration of the local area before the start of your camel ride ; You will visit the Gnawa people - originally from Mali, Senegal and Sudan- in their village Khamlia , where you will learn about their music and their lifestyle .

later, we will drive in the desert area to meet nomad families to explore their way of life. Today our lunch will be a traditional Berber meal (Berber pizza).

you will have the option also to visit the old city of Rissani - the foundation of the Alaouite dynasty - the current ruling royal family in Morocco. Rissani is surrounded by about 360 ksar (a fortified village with many towers) and has a big souk (an open market), held three times a week.

Once called Sijilmassa, this was the meeting place for the salt caravans, coming from Tombouctou in Mali. Here you’ll walk through the souk, selling spices, vegetables and cloths. Drive back to the village of Merzouga. In the afternoon, you will ride your camel, guided by an experienced camelman to explore what is hidden in the middle of the highest sand dunes in Morocco. Day 3: Merzouga – Todra Gorges – Dades Valley:

Your camel Guide will wake you up early in the morning to watch what well may be the best sunrise in your life. You’ll peacefully camel-trek back to the village of Merzouga. En-route you won’t fail to appreciate the unique beauty of the spectacular Erg Chebbi sand dunes – changing with the light as the day progresses.

After breakfast and hot shower, you’ll leave for Rissani, Tinghir and Todra gorges – the highest, narrowest gorges in Morocco and after lunch in the heart of the gorge we’ll drive through the Dades Valley, where you’ll see the majestic sand castles and the amazing rock formations known as “monkey toes”.

Today we will have the opportunity to visit a nomad family in the mountain living in caves, to discover an other style of life , different from the other one in the Sahara desert We’ll stop at Kalaa Mgouna, “the rose city”, to purchase the rosewater, which will make your linen smell good a long time after your trip is over.

Continuing on to Skoura you’ll visit the Kasbah Ameridil, a well-preserved Kasbah in this area. Lunch will be in a traditional Moroccan restaurant overlooking the beautiful valley, ,then it’s on to Ouarzazate , “the Hollywood of Africa”, whose geography and beautiful landscapes has attracted many world class movie producers.

Here you may choose to visit the studios, containing props used in movies such as The Mummy, Gladiator and the Last temptation of Christ. .. Overnight accommodation will be in a riad with dinner and breakfast.



Day 5: Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah – Marrakech:

After breakfast in your Riad, we’ll head to Marrakech, visiting Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, which is the largest Kasbah in Morocco, built by T-hami El Glaoui, one of the last Berber chieftains. It used to be one of his stops during his long travel from the Sahara to Marrakech.

Now it is one of UNESCO’s world heritage sites. Your journey will continue through the majestic Tizi n’tichka Pass (2260m) over the High Atlas Mountains to Marrakech.

In our way you will have chance to explore the way and the process of making argan oil-existing only in morocco- by the Berber women in their cooperatives. Getting to Marrakech late afternoon/evening and end of the tour.

Stopping at Azrou, a Berber village in the middle of the famous cedar forest, the largest in Morocco, where you may well see Barbarian apes. After breakfast We will start driving south to Ifrane and Azrou by the Middle Atlas mountains. On the way we will stop at cedar forest to see the Barbarian Ape in their natural habitat, then continue to Midelt where we will have lunch in a traditional Moroccan restaurant.

Later we will be travelling through the Tizi Ntalghamt pass and along the Ziz Gorges carved through volcanic rock, you’ll see views of the Middle-Atlas plateau, noticing how the scenery changes to reveal hints of the desert as you approach the city Errachidia (the province of the south-east).

Our journey continue through the Ziz valley Erfoud, Rissani and Merzouga. After a glass of mint tea, We will leave our luggage in a room of our guest house, and take only what you will need for the night in the camp, then take the camels to a Berber camp in the middle of Erg Chebbi Sand Dunes, about 32 km long and 9 km wide it is also reputed as the highest sand dunes in North Africa.

The camel trek takes about 1hr 30 min to the camp where we continue the spirit of the nomadic Berber lifestyle.. There you will enjoy the sunset and the silence of the Sahara desert . After dinner we gather round the fire and enjoy the desert night with traditional Berber drums.

Day 5 : Essaouira - Marrakech :

After breakfast at the hotel you will have free time for one last visit of the medina in Essaouira, and we drive to Marrakech, and we transfer you to your riad . Rest of the day - you discover city on your own.

Day 6 : Marrakech

Free time to continue discover many places that make up the city : One of the four imperial cities of Morocco. Famous for having numerous monuments recognized as a World Heritage Site, with its famous square Jemaa el Fna . You can go different and characteristic neighborhoods , modern city Gueliz , Palmeraie, Mellah ( the Jewish quarter ) ... or carried away through the winding streets of the Medina , to Jmaa el Fna Square , the scene of countless outdoor activities : jugglers , musicians, fakirs , snake charmers , jugglers ... to wake all your senses with its multiple sounds , aromas , flavours and colours that characterize it.



Day 7 : Marrakech - Waterfalls of Ouzoud - Marrakech :

The famous waterfalls of Ouzoud, 110 meters high, are located in the great Atlas, in the province of Azilal . They are the most beautiful in all of Morocco and North Africa. Are surrounded by painted idyllic landscapes very different colours . In the alternons, you can watch the monkeys that inhabit the area, playing with each other , and trying to steal some food to tourists.




Day 8 : Marrakech - Ait Benhaddou - Dades :

After breakfast we head to Ait Benhaddou , we will pass across the High Atlas Mountains , and the Tizi n'Tichka , numerous nomadic Berber people who inhabit the area. Spectacular scenery that will take us to the Kasbah of Telouet , one of the best preserved so far. Then we will visit The kasbah of Ait Benhaddou , famous as the scene of more than twenty films, as " Babel" . We continue to Ouarzazate via crossing the valley of roses, to get into the Dades gorges, where the " road of the thousand kasbahs " begins. Then we pass through Dades Valley and we stay for dinner and the night at the hotel.

Day 9 : Dades Gorge - Todra Gorge - Merzouga :

Breakfast at the hotel. We head to the Todra Gorge, where you can take a nice walk between its imposing canyon walls over 200 meters to the exit to the desert through the palm grove of Tafilalet. Check in the hotel on foot of dunes in Merzouga, where you can walk the fine sand of the Erg Chebbi, relax and enjoy this breathtaking scenery. At night, you will taste a delicious Moroccan dish.

Day 10: Merzouga - Erg Chebbi Turn Around - Merzouga :

After a hearty Moroccan breakfast, we'll begin our 4x4 back to the dunes around Erg Chebbi, region populated desert sand : Among the many stops that await you will discover how and where nomadic families in the area live , wild oasis in the middle of nowhere , spectacular desert landscapes and small villages , palm groves ... Inevitable stop as we passed through the village of Khamlia where live people originating in Mali , which will make us enjoy a nice concert of Gnawa music, while we enjoy a delicious tea. Back at the hotel we expect from our camels for a half hour route , wading through dunes to the heart of the desert to watch the beautiful sunset . Tucked behind the Great Dune , and enjoying the music of drums, Moroccan dinner and tea, you can see the vast sky of stars and sleep in nomadic tents.

Day 11 : Merzouga - Rissani - Ziz Valley - Midelt :

We wake up early in the morning to watch another great show in the dunes of the Moroccan Sahara : the spectacular sunrise. Again our camels make you another route back to the hotel. Breakfast and shower, and we drive to Rissani ,where we walk through “the South of the country”, where trade with all kinds of crafts , food - largest traditional souq in Morocco and . We continue to Erfoud via the ancient gate to the desert, famous for work on fossil city, crossing the impressive Ziz Valley , with more than 18,000 palm trees , reaching Midelt . Dinner and overnight at hotel.





Day 12 : Midelt - Meknes - Fez :

After breakfast we drive to the city of Meknes, and we also will visit the famous Roman ruins of Volubilis. Then continue our way to Fez and we explore the city during the rest of the day.

Day 13 : Fez

Full day free for Fez : Another 4 Imperial cities . Fes is considered as the religious and cultural center of the country. Its famous for the study of Arabic and Islam , college is a crossing point of many Moroccan students . You will have time to stroll and meet its various districts , the new area or Fès el- Jdid, where you will find the Mellah ( Jewish Quarter ) , the Ville Nouvelle (New city) French zone in the northwest of the city and of course, the Fez -Bali , the old town , inside the walls . Ye may walk around the streets and you feel transported to past worlds in which potters , smiths, artisans and donkeys laden with goods from diverse backgrounds coexist with tourists transiting its labyrinthine streets. Also famous for its souk with tanners , you will be able to partake of the artisan process by which medieval roots to get those colourful leather . Accommodation in local riad .

Day 14 : Fes - Chefchaouen :

Early morning departure towards Chefchaouen - small charming town located in the foothills of the Megou Tisouka and mountains of the Rif Mountains , which rise above the town like two horns , giving the city its name ( in Berber Chefchaouen means " look at the horns " ) Cities with very little car traffic , in which a clean and fresh air invites you to stay to discover the beauty of the place and its surroundings breathe .

Day 15 : Chefchaouen - Tangier :

Departure to Tangier and transfer to the airport or ferry terminal and end of our services

DAY TRIP FROM MARRAKECH to MEKNES and VOLUBILIS :

Our day’s excursion to 2,000 years in the past starts at 9 o’clock from your hotel when we drive across the Saiss Plain to the wonderful Roman ruins at Volubilis , the Volubilis of really ancient olive presses, mansions, incredible mosaics, monumental arches and Corinthian columns where you’ll have a real sense of Roman lifestyle and of that of a subsequent medieval Berber town. The site contains the Mansion containing the mosaic of the Labours of Hercules, the Baths of Gallienus and Baths of Forum with their fragmentary mosaics; the House of Orpheus and its Dolphin mosaic and Orpheus Myth; the Cortege of Venus many of whose mosaics we may only see from the outside yet will get to se the medallions of Bacchus, Diana and the Abduction of Hylas; the Gordian Palace with its bath house and pooled courtyards; the House of the Wild Beast, the House of Nymphs, the House of the Seasons, the House of Flavius Germanus, the Knight’s House with an incomplete mosaic of Dionysus Discovering Ariadne Asleep, the Triumphal Arch , the Capitol and the House of Ephebus with its pictorial mosaics, especially that of Bacchus Being drawn in a Chariot by Panthers.

We leave Volubilis behind to drive alongside the dark, outlaying ridges of the Zerhoun Hills to stop for a visit of the town of Moulay Idriss , the holiest Islamic town in the kingdom of Morocco, where thousands of Moroccan faithful come on pilgrimage (moussem) every August to pray at the tomb of this descendant of the Prophet Mohammed. Arriving at the elongated square we see above us the green-tiled pyramids of the Zaouia with its two conical quarters on either side and stroll amidst the labyrinth of alleyways before leaving for the Imperial City rebuilt by Moulay Ismail.

On, now, to the Imperial City of Meknes (a UNESCO World Heritage Site). Here we shall visit the easily most beautiful Bab, or gateway, in all of the Maghreb – the Bab Mansour. From here to the El Heri es-Souani – the granary of huge vaulted structures and stables built by Moulay Ismail’s soldiers next to a pool fed by underground channels that brought fresh water all the way from the distant Middle Atlas Mountains; the Moulay Ismail Mausoleum and the Place el-Hedim to see the famous State- owned stallion stables of Haras where these Arabo-Berber horses are bred. Time for lunch (optional, not included) before leaving Meknes around 4:40 in the afternoon, arriving back in our hotel at around a quarter to six, the drama, scope and beauty of our visit forever indelibly imprinted in our memory.

DAY TRIP FROM ERFOUD:

Erfoud is 20 km north of Rissani, 280 km from Ouarzazate, and 320 km south of Meknes. You can opt to share a bus or taxi or get there by your own means.

1-Venture down the Marha plain a few kilometres from the Fezna oasis. In the middle of the desert you’ll discover the celestial stairway, the golden spiral and Orion’s city, three monumental works by the German artist Hannsjoerg Voth.The site is indescribable!

2-From Erfoud, head north on the N13 towards ksar Maadid, a charming little fortified village on the road of a thousand kasbahs. Not far from here is the Aïn Al Ati spring, an incredible fountain in the middle of the desert!

3-Next, go south of Erfoud on the Rissani road through the beautiful landscapes and the palm groves of the Tafilalet Valley. Fifty kilometres after Rissani you can reach Merzouga, and the edge of the Chebbi erg.




DAY TRIP FROM MARRAKECH TO OAURZAZATE AND AIT BEN HADDOU

This journey take us through breathtaking countryside via Tizi N'Tichka mountain pass - the highest pass in North Africa. We will discover area which is characterized by the beauty of its various landscape.

We will visit the famous fortified city of Ait Ben Haddou , which is classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It has been the backdrop for many films as Gladiator, Prince of Persia and many others. Then we will enjoy a tour of Ouarzazate city. This name is the Berber word for "no noise." We will also visit the Taourirt and Tiffoultoute Kasbahs here (here were the ancient residences of Glaoui -old Pacha of Marrakech). After that, we will enjoy our lunch at local restaurant and then we return to Marrakech.
