We successfully represent several major English companies as well as those from France, Australia, North America, South Africa, Israel and china. whereby we guarantee English or French-speaking guided excursions and/or FIT/GIT programmes. We also have been granted the license by the Moroccan Government to handle Chinese Tourists into Morocco.. Our Administration and Reservations Sales Centre located in Agadir, has English, Antipodean and tri-lingual Moroccan full time travel professionals working and manning our 24/7 Duty Emergency phone so, should our mutual guests experience a problem anywhere in Morocco, there will be an English or fluent English-speaking Moroccan national voice at the other end of the line. Our Sales and Service office in Marrakech is also staffed with 3 European Customer Service Representatives attending to our mutual guests there. We are proud of our reputation and forté of acknowledging or positively replying to a telephone or texed request within 45 minutes of receipt; quotations for private, tailor-made, cost-effective specialised or complicated itineraries will be replied to within 24 hours. We say this without apology; not many other companies here can make this same claim. Let us know your budget, the days to be spent where and when and, in light of our in-depth knowledge, we may “tweak” the itinerary suggested by you down to the finest detail so as to reflect a cost-effective and feasible programme with no loss in the quality required. Our long-term collaboration with hotels, riads and car hire companies in Morocco ensures at all times we have the best possible prices to pass on to you. Similarly with transport, whereby we ensure the best possible range of vehicles and prices for any type of service. The Health and Safety Standards of contracted hotels and riads most carefully monitored; we know what the norms are and adhere to them wherever possible. Our ‘Meet and Greet’ service, both in Agadir and Marrakech, is structured so that guests are given a Welcome Pack, will always receive an Orientation Visit on the first morning after arrival to iron out any misunderstandings, clarify doubts or just answer any questions, with subsequent visits as the guest requires. Should they be in another resort e.g. Fes, Essaouira, Tangiers, Casablanca, Ouarzazate or Tarouddant, we ensure a Welcome Letter is handed over, followed up with a phone call on the first morning to reassure ourselves that all is ok. Because of the volume of English speaking guests we manage, we also run programmes of guaranteed English Language Only Seat-In-Bus Tours. These operate from even just one client and, should there be guests who wish to make the programme privately, they can do so with their own English-speaking driver and guides in the various cities. Within our corporate infrastructure we have a department dealing exclusively with Private, Tailor-made itineraries by coach, car or train for individuals or groups, or just simple F.I.T. with transfers and accommodation ensuring, at all times, our high standards of quality, security and utmost professionalism. Our Specialised Treks and Leisure Activities Department manages a full range of cost-effective programmes which include hikes in the Toubkal Massif, M’Goun, Siroua, Saghro and Tichka Plateau High Atlas Mountains; Golf, Fishing, Hunting, Shooting and Skiing; Hot Air Ballooning, Horseback and Dromedary ‘Méharée’ treks, to name but a few. And we are but a keyboard away!
