NAAMANI GROUP is an agency that is specialized in the organization of travels in Morocco. His owner, Naamani Habib belongs to a very famous deeply-rooted A'Arib family (Blue men), the original inhabitants of M'Hamid. He is one of SAHARA loyal men who was born and grown up in the arms of its sands.
So, no one knows the area better than he does.
His roots and hard work in the tourism field for many years enable him to become the possessor of the best Bivouac in Erg Cheggaga, where you can enjoy the irresistible sight of sun-rise and the sun-set, as well.
His family has also a long history in Tourism, since his father was an ancient caravan and the possessor of the most ancient hotel in M'hamid which has been founded since 1937, during colonization period.
The hotel has an excellent position on the edge of the desert where you can take a rest, refresh and get ready for the adventure that waits.
Since we are original inhabitants and we know the area very well, as we are experts in the desert excursions and treks, we have organized many important events, the most interesting ones are:
THE LONGEST TREK THAT WAS MADE BY PAULA CONSTANT:
Paula Constant who were the first woman to walk solo over 7000 kms through the Sahara. She started walking with her husband from London and through Europe to get, at a first stage, to M'hamid Elghizlane where our mission has started.
We were engaged not only to plan for the next phase of their walk that extend from M'hamid to Laayoun and from there to Mauritania, but also to offer all what the couple might need to continue their trek through the vast Sahara.
We helped them to have camels and we provided them with competent guides who accompanied Paula who insisted to resume the walk through the western Sahara and Mauritania, even if she had broken down with her husband who turned back.
Paula CONSTANT who was fascinated by the SAHARA all the time, she couldn't resist its charm and beauty, she had even took many risks and sacrifices to explore it and get closer to the life of the nomads.

THE "GREAT MHARE OF SOUTH MOROCCO - DRAA VALLEY TO THE ATLANTIC OCEAN IN 80 DAYS":
was an exceptional activity organized by SAIGA and addressed to all curious, adventurous and lovers of nature who wanted to discover the world of wonders that often they know only through stories and to those who wanted to live a unique experience of the desert.
SAIGA is an international operator in ecological tourism that organized travels around the world. The purpose of these travels is the respect of environnement and the nature.
